Where does your furniture come from?Sorry folks, this is our little secret, however we can let you know that the furniture is sourced from all over the world and only from ethical sources. Our wood furniture is sourced only from sustainable forests.
Can I collect my purchase?Yes! Please see info under showroom and collections.
Do you have a shop where I can view the items?We are not a conventional shop but we do have a warehouse showroom where you can view a selection of our ranges. Please see details under showroom and collections.
Do you have a brochure you can send me?Sorry we are online only, however if you would prefer to speak to someone personally please feel free to contact us via email or telephone.
Do you supply the trade?We do supply the trade, and work with a successful team of interior designers, property developers and furnishing companies. If you would like to discuss trade business further please contact us on the telephone number above, or by emailing: sales@outthereinteriors.com. Please note applying to trade is not as simple as asking for a discount. We are require information about your business and operate an initial minium order.
Are any of your items flatpacked?The vast majority of our furniture is prebuilt and nothing is flat pack and fiddly. Some items require basic assembly (description usually states this). If you are in any way concerned about assembly please give us a call and we can advise.
What's your returns policy?We have a fantastic returns policy which enables you to return an item immediately with the delivery driver if it is not to your liking. You can also return on a later date should you change your mind. Please see our Returns Information for further details.
