How long do I have to wait for delivery?

Every product page features a traffic light colour indicating the stock status of the product.  Here's a quick guide:

If your traffic light is green then you should receive your item within 5-7 working days. 

If your traffic light is amber then your item is on its way to us. Dates do vary but usually an amber light indicates a lead time of around 2-6 weeks.

If your traffic light is red it means that the item has a lead time longer than 6 weeks or in some cases it may be discontinued. We don't advise backordering items which have red lights as we're unable be specific about delivery dates.

 

What happens if I am not in on the delivery day?

If it's furniture you're buying (i.e. chests, bedsides, dressing tables) our delivery company will call you in advance of the delivery to arrange the day and time, so you don't have to worry about not being in.  If they do not give you enough notice please make this known when they call and they will reschedule for you at no extra cost. (This will usually be the next week unless you are in a remote area).
If you're buying accesories or smaller items with a delivery charge of £10, then your delivery will be treated like your usual deliveries from Amazon etc. If you are not in when the courier arrives he/she will leave a card so you can arrange a redelivery, or collect from the local depot.

 

I’m worried about damage in transit

Don’t be. Providing you adhere to our policy there is nothing to worry about here. We have been selling mirrored furniture and other fragile items for many years and although damage does occur from time to time we have a clear procedure which works very well. Where is my delivery?

 If you think your delivery is overdue please contact us for tracking details.

 

Where does your furniture come from?

Sorry folks, this is our little secret, however we can let you know that the furniture is sourced from all over the world and only from ethical sources. Our wood furniture is sourced only from sustainable forests.

 

Can I collect my purchase(s)?

Yes! Please see info under showroom and collections.

 

Do you have a shop where I can view the items?

We are not a conventional shop as the overheads involved would mean we couldn’t sell at our products so competitively, however we do have a showroom with plenty of items on display. Please see details under showroom and collections.

 

Do you have a brochure you can send me?
