Our returns policy is simple and easy. Here's a quick guide.
What if it's damaged on arrival?
We ask all purchasing customers to check their item(s) upon arrival to inspect them for damage. (If you discoverdamage we are very sorry - it's a rare occurrence. Simply ask the driver to take the item(s) away and we will sort it out in the quickest possible time).
What if I don't like it?
As we ask you to inspect the furniture on arrival, it means you can easily send an item back to us if you do not like it. (Providing you haven't ripped the packaging to shreds whilst unpacking*) Simply ask the driver to take it away, and he/she will do so.
Once the item has been checked back in at the warehouse our office will issue you a refund minus the original cost of delivery.** This means that no matter how much you order, your financial risk is never more than the original delivery charge.
So, you can return any item knowing that:
You don't have to arrange the transportation yourself
You don't have to pay a collection fee***
You only risk the original delivery charge
We won't fuss.

*Packaging is checked upon return. If the packaging is badly ripped we may need to charge you a re-box fee. Please avoid this, it's annoying for you and we don't like doing it!
**This doesn't apply to the free delivery items on your order unfortunately. You can return any item but the refund will be minus the delivery charge you paid, regardless of which item it belonged to.
***providing you reject the item(s) upon delivery as we suggest. You can of course return an item after the delivery driver has left, but you will either need to arrange this independently or pay us for the collection.
