Just wanted to say how pleased I am with the dressing table which arrived yesterday without hitch.  It really does make the room.  And to add a personal thank you for all you did to make it happen.  Even though it wasnt there when my daughter came home to see her new room for the first time (which was what I was getting all stressy about) it was well worth the wait.  So thank you for your help and professionalism.  The couriers were great, took it upstairs and unpacked and checked it with me, so top marks to them too.

Hi Jenny, Just a quick note to say how superb the chandeliers look!! As a collector of Waterford Crystal I was dubious about using acrylic but you have proven me wrong. I am really very much impressed by them and I can honestly say the photos do not do them justice. I will email you photos of them in situ once the rooms are finished being decorated. Your delivery man was very lovely too, very patient and extremely mannerly (not to mention sinfully cute!!) and was quite happy to wait until we had checked the two boxes over which was another plus to doing business with you guys. Hi Jenny I've been meaning to write since I received my items - mirrored dressing table and embossed nest of tables - to thank you for the advice you gave me regarding which piece to go for. You probably can't remember, but I asked you about how sturdy the mirrored pieces were as I have a toddler who enjoys crashing into things. I was worried that he might knock one of them flying. Your advice was spot on and he can't shift it! He rather likes looking at himself in it, though. I also wanted to say that the 2 guys who delivered my items were great - really polite, friendly, and helpful. I was very impressed. Hi Jeana, I had my items delivered this morning and my sister was in to wait for them. They are fabulous. So so pleased and well worth the wait. My underwear now has a fab new home!!! I will definitely be recommending your shop and also the prompt response I had when calling and emailing you. Good afternoon, thank you very much for the safe delivery and level of service you have provided is second to none. I do however not feel the item is suitable and would like to return. the table is fantastic but unfortunately completely takes over my living room. buying a bigger house with more space isn't an option! would it be possible to have a refund, of course I will pay for the carrier , or if I purchase any the items perhaps the driver could return on the same load?
