If you want to collect simply go through the checkout in the normal way. You will get to a screen asking whether you would like delivery or whether you would like to collect. Choosing the collection option removes the delivery charge from your total.
After you have checked out one of our customer support staff will give you a call to arrange the collection within 48hrs.
What you need to have handy
Unfortunately not everyone in this world is as honest as you and me. Occasionally nasty people steal credit cards, place orders online and then try to collect the goods so there is no address to trace them to when the victim reports the fraud. For this reason we do have to ask you for several pieces of identification before we can allow you to collect from our warehouse, and this is simply to ensure that the card you have used is your own. When we give you a call we will run you through what we require and once we have the details we will give you the warehouse address and contact details.
What to expect
When you arrive at the warehouse our warehouse staff retrieve your item(s) and unpack them for you to inspect so you can ensure you are taking away an undamaged item. They will then package it back up for you, help you load your vehicle and wave you off. Voila!
