Such a lot was featured in February. He’s a sprinkling of press for you to peruse…
Retro Chintz: I had to include this retro chintz feature (even though we have a lovely lifestyle shot of the sideboard in question) because it’s just so flipping gorgeous! If only my other half would let me decorate like this. Thank you Pippa Blenkinsopp for giving the magnificent Oriane Sideboard the attention it truly deserves.
Floor-to-ceiling foliage: Hannah Franklin grouped our faux plants together to create this maximalist bathroom for Living Etc. I love the incredible yellow fan palm off-set against the chintzy wallpaper.
Snow, Chalk & Milk: Good Homes Magazine’s Colour Of The Month is WHITE. And Kerry Garwood’s lovely feature included the Eliette Beaded Chandelier which is pictured above in the hallway of Leoma from @styletheclutter. Go check out her beautiful Instagram feed for more interior inspiration.
Red Meets Pink: EKBB Magazine focused on this traditionally frowned upon colour clash which is a strong style statement for 2018. with the Amberley rattan peacock chair taking centre stage piled high with rose and wine coloured cushions.
Focal Point: A minimalist take on the sunburst mirror, the Franka pictured above is a striking piece that draws the eye whilst allowing you to maintain a monochrome colour palette. Featured in Good Homes Magazine’s Get The Look this month.
Wild Menagerie: Marty our leaping zebra was featured in this gloriously eccentric Living Etc shoot styled by Hannah Franklin and she has been galloping out of the door ever since. We also discovered recently that Matthew Williamson used Marty in his incredible Blakes Hotel Garden Design. Doesn’t she look amazing?
Luxury Touch: The ever popular Fontanne floor lamp was featured in Good Homes Magazine’s Get The Look as the luxury choice. The lamp was recently re-imagined in this hauntingly beautiful shot by Cowboy Kate (go take a look at her Instagram!) and shows the full extent of the curve. Fabulous.
Relaxed Luxe: This lovely grown-up look styled by Sarita Sharma for Ideal Home Magazine is brought to life by the addition of the Tikvah Pendant lamp. It’s warm brown glass contrasts beautifully with the natural grain of the chest and texture of the wallpaper.
Writing Bureaux: Country Homes featured 8 compact country-style champions perfect for laptop working, new-year journalling and find-it-fast filing. Emeline pictured above sat in position 5 under the heading “Magnificent Mahogany”. We couldn’t agree more.
Three Of The Best: Woven Baskets! Finally thanks to Maudie Manton at Living Etc for featuring the Amarachi Laundry Baskets which are perfect for creating a grown-up bohemian look.
Hope you’ve enjoyed my top picks of February press. Which piece best suits your home?
