Send your purchase straight back if you don't like it
Large items are delivered by our carefully selected independent furniture carriers who book a date and a time slot with you in advance. Upon arrival the delivery staff will unpack the item(s) and give you ample opportunity to check them over. If you don't like what you see, no problem. Simply ask the delivery team to send the goods away. Once they are back in our warehouse you will receive a refund minus the return charge.
Need a few days to think about it?
Ok, so let's say you inspect the item on arrival and love it, but then your husband or wife comes home and feels the opposite. Or maybe once you've manoeuvred it into position it just doesn't look right. No problem. Just let us know what you want to do within 8 days. You can either exchange the item for something else or return it for a refund. Please click here for exchange and uplift charges.
What if it's damaged?
Damage is really rare. Everything is quality inspected prior to dispatch and our carriers know how to handle our products. However, if you are one of the unlucky ones, we're really sorry. Simply send the item(s) away with the drivers and we will replace in the quickest possible time. To ensure the speediest turnaround please contact us immediately upon refusing a delivery.
