How do you secure these lamps in the garden, do you have some fundament to fix the lamp to, i live in Norway where there are windy, storms and everything. If i have installed it in the garden and the kids are playing fotball and hits the globe, will the globe be broken? Do you have spare parts?
Hi Ronny, nothing is needed to secure them, they are quite weighty with a flat base so would need a very strong wind to blow them over. They are manufactured from strong plastic so will definitely not break if hit with a football :)
How do the shining globe light retain a charge is it battery or solar powered ?
We are thinking of them for our house in France which gets hot in summer and minus 5 in winter.
Can you leave them out all summer ?
Hi Rosa, these lights are electric. The light and fitting are completely waterproof. You need to run a cable outside using either an outdoor extension cable or simply a weatherproof box to plug them in. (These are available on Amazon etc).
Yes, the lights can be left outside all year round.
